After you cancel
What still works, read-only mode, undoing a cancellation, whether you can pause, and coming back.
What still works after I cancel?#
Everything, until the period ends, including scheduled posts.
What does read-only mode mean?#
Old catches are viewable but not actionable, scheduled posts are paused rather than deleted, the dashboard shows everything up to your end date, documents are readable, and billing stays fully accessible.
Does cancelling delete anything?#
Almost nothing. Your project, documents, posts and videos stay exactly as they are, and everything up to your end date remains available.
The exception is the end-user analytics collected by the SDK about your visitors. The SDK stops collecting when the subscription ends, and that data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised 2 months later unless you reactivate before then.
Two things are kept for a shorter time: the public social content shown in catches, for 30 days, and access to your connected social accounts, which is deleted no later than 30 days after the subscription ends.
Is anything lost permanently when my subscription ends?#
Analytics, in two ways. The SDK stops collecting while the subscription is inactive, and that gap cannot be backfilled later. The end-user analytics already collected is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised 2 months after the subscription ends, unless you reactivate inside that window.
Everything else waits for you and is kept until you ask us to delete it, with two exceptions: the public social content shown in catches is kept for 30 days, and access to your connected social accounts is deleted no later than 30 days after the subscription ends, so you may need to connect them again when you come back.
I cancelled by mistake. Can I undo it?#
Yes. While the period you paid for is still running, Resume subscription puts you back with no new charge.
What is the difference between Resume and Reactivate?#
Resume is free and applies while your paid period is still running: your plan simply continues. Reactivate applies after the period has ended and your account is read-only, and it is a new payment at standard price.
What happens when I come back?#
Your data unlocks immediately, catches resume the next morning and paused posts can be resumed. If a social account shows as disconnected, connect it again first in Settings, then Social accounts: access to connected accounts is deleted no later than 30 days after the subscription ends.
Can I pause my subscription and keep my account until a feature I need is ready?#
There is no pause option. What you can do is cancel: you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your project and everything generated for it stays in place, so you can come back later.
One thing to time. The end-user analytics collected by the SDK is deleted or irreversibly anonymised 2 months after the subscription ends, so if that data matters to you, come back inside those 2 months.
I cancelled my subscription, but videos are still being posted. How do I stop them?#
Cancelling stops the renewal, not the plan: everything keeps working until the period ends, so videos you accepted stay scheduled and go out at their time. You can cancel each scheduled post yourself.
- Open Videos in the sidebar and press My posts.
- Press the scheduled post.
- Press Cancel posting.
