Account health
How the account health score works and how many analyses you get.
How does the account health score work?#
Whatever account you connect is scored out of 10 on account age, comment karma, recent activity and how your bio and post history read, with a one-line verdict and a list of specific fixes, each with its own Complete button to mark it done. It all sits behind the Account health button in the Reddit header on Catches.
On Reddit the score does more than describe the account, it decides the account's step on the warm-up line: Newcomer, Regular, Trusted, Insider. A brand new account is Newcomer for its first week, whatever the score, and after that the account is Regular until the score reaches 6. Until the account is 30 days old with 50 comment karma, the score stays at 4 or below. The target is 6: at 6 the account reaches Trusted, and links and product mentions open in replies. Posts open at Insider, which also needs 30 days, 50 comment karma and no open critical fixes in Account health, so an account at 6 stays at Trusted while a critical fix is open.
Every 3 days we re-measure the account's age, karma and activity, and the card above your Reddit catches moves with them. While the score is under 6 and those numbers have moved, the account is re-audited once a week and the score updates on its own. Re-run account audit in the same panel is the manual version. It costs 15 credits, shown on the button.
Every audit run is kept, in a dropdown that reads like "After your edits, Aug 13, 2026, 4.5/10", so you can see what changed after you acted on the fixes.
On X the score reads account age, followers, activity, X Premium and how your replies land, and it moves the account along X's own warm-up line, described in the article The X warm-up line. Each fix on X has an Open button that shows its details, with a Complete button to mark it done.
The same panel rewrites your bio in three versions, Neutral (Recommended), Balanced and Founder-presenting, and holds two more blocks: Post history, which sorts your past posts and comments into Good, Low-effort, Salesy, Repetitive and Off-brand, and Deletion shortlist, the items worth removing.
How many Reddit or X account analyses do I get?#
As many as your credits cover. A Reddit account health re-run costs 15 credits and an X one costs 15, each keeps its own version history, and each button carries its price.
On the Reddit and X account audits, you mark an individual fix done yourself with its Complete button, at no cost; only a full re-run costs credits. The site audit on Website optimization has nothing that checks one fix on its own. The SEO page does have one, a free Recheck inside each fix.
Both draw on the same credits as everything else you pay for, so nothing is reserved for them and nothing is wasted if you never use them. See the Credits article.
