What the AI chat in the app can do, and what it costs.

Is the AI chat free?#

Partly, and permanently so. The first 5 messages every day are free and stay free. From the sixth message of the day each one costs 1 credit. Under the composer it reads "5 more free tomorrow · 1 credit per message", so you can always see where you are.

On top of that, every account gets a free window: for its first 4 weeks the chat spends no credits at all, however much you use it. The date that window ends is shown in the chat itself.

When your credits run out the input is disabled rather than charging you anything. You get the date your plan adds more, and a button to top up.

The chat is AI Chat, under Home in the sidebar, and answers questions about your project. It is a different thing from this support chat, which reaches us.

What can the AI chat do, and what can it not do?#

The chat reads and answers, and it changes one thing in your project: the steps of your conversion funnel, when you ask it to, and only after you confirm the change it proposes.

What it does. It answers questions from your project's own data: your numbers, your catches, the site audit and action plan, the funnel in Analytics. It writes drafts for you, a reply to a catch or a post, and you copy what you like. And it tells you where in the interface an action lives, so you can go there and do it yourself.

What it does not do. It cannot apply edits to your Product brief, Audience or Competitors, publish or schedule anything, change your settings, connect an account, or change the link your project is built on. Ask it to and you get the place in the app where that is done, not the action itself.

Other actions from the chat will come later. We do not give a date for them.

Can I ask an AI assistant inside the app?#

Yes. AI Chat, under Home in the sidebar, answers questions about your own project: your numbers, your catches, the site audit and action plan, the funnel in Analytics. It also writes drafts for you, a reply to a catch or a post, and tells you where in the app an action lives. The first 5 messages every day are free, then 1 credit a message. It is a different thing from this support chat, which reaches us.
