Where to find the video guides and how to replay the intro.
Do you have video guides?#
Yes, in the Guide tab of this chat and inside the relevant tasks. All of them also sit in our help centre under Video guides.
They cover the onboarding walkthrough, installing analytics, re-running the site audit, setting up your Reddit, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts (there is no X setup video), where to reconnect or disconnect an account, changing your project link, steering what your videos are about, applying your edits straight away, and using your own footage.
The re-run guide was recorded before Site audit and Action plan became one page, Website optimization. The steps are the same under the new name, and a re-run takes about 15 to 20 minutes rather than the 3 the video mentions. The project-link guide shows Re-run product brief, which still works while a project is on the Product brief stage. At any stage the link is changed with the pencil next to it at the top of the Product brief page, free and once per billing period, and that change wipes the project and builds it again.
Several of them are short screen recordings with no narration, and a few stop before the end of the job. Read those alongside the written answers here, and ask if anything is unclear.
Where do I find the intro video, or what do I do if it will not play?#
It is the first item on the Home task list, and the guides also live in the Guide tab of this chat and in our help centre at heycatch.crisp.help. If the in-app player will not start, watch it in the help centre instead, and say here what you get in the app.
I liked the intro screen that played after my first sign-in. Can I play it again?#
No. That screen plays once, right after your first sign-in. Your account is marked as seen the moment you reach the last line, and after that the screen sends you straight to your dashboard instead of playing. The same ground is covered by the intro video, which is the first item on your Home task list and stays there.
