More than one product
Adding a second product and what it means for your subscription.
Can I add more than one product?#
Yes, and you can do it yourself. Press the project name at the very top of the sidebar. The menu lists your projects, and at the bottom there is Add new.
Press it and you pick a plan for the new project there and then, paying with the method already on your account. Each project is billed on its own plan, and the price is shown in that window before you commit to anything.
An additional project is $59.95 per 4 weeks or $119.90 per 8 weeks, and that price is permanent for the project, renewals included. The two-week plan is an introductory option on your first project only, so it is not offered for additional projects.
One project is built from one link, so each product or brand you want covered is its own project. The same product in two places is not a second product: a project created from a website can add that product's App Store or Google Play listing, and a project created from a listing can add its website, for 40 credits and with no second plan. They stay under the same account, with no separate email and no second login, and you switch between them in the same menu at the top of the sidebar.
If I delete a project, does my subscription free up?#
No. Deleting a project does not release its subscription, so deleting and recreating is not a way to start over.
Do I need a separate subscription for a second product?#
Yes. One subscription covers one project, so a second product is a second subscription.
You add it yourself. Press the project name at the very top of the sidebar and choose Add new. You pick a plan for the new project in the Add new project window, where the price is shown before you pay, and it is charged to the payment method already on your account. Both projects stay under the same account, so there is no separate email and no second login.
Each project is billed on its own plan, separately from the first. An additional project is $59.95 per 4 weeks or $119.90 per 8 weeks, and that price is permanent for the project, renewals included. The two-week plan is an introductory option on your first project only, so it is not offered for additional projects.
